Here’s how we do it: Our modern, fully functional 180,000-square-foot, centrally located warehouse facility enables us to maintain an extensive inventory and selection of all key items, and the ability to process and deliver most orders within 72 hours. Through our truckload purchasing power, we are able to take advantage of volume discounts from the national leading manufacturers and then pass those savings directly onto you at low year-round prices

Logistics & Delivery

All of our order pallets are securely shrink-wrapped and then labeled with a UCC 128 barcode, which acts as a license plate for your order. This license plate will provide all the necessary information pertaining to your order as it begins its transit to your door. All pallets are then scanned and manifested into a specific trailer and dock location prior to loading. Our loaders then scan the corresponding trailer dock location barcode for final verification. This ensures that your order is matched with the appropriate truck heading out that day and getting to you as quickly as possible. At this point, an advance ship notice is auto-emailed to you, detailing your shipment and tracking information.

COST EFFICIENCY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

In addition, because of our volume, we are able to leverage and utilize our lowest cost freight rates throughout the country with all the major LTL carriers, which we again pass these savings on to you via our prepaid Freight program. To ensure your total satisfaction with us, we have a dedicated and experienced customer support and sales staff available to answer all of your questions, such as co-op management, product damages, defectives, order changes, invoice inquiries, returns, general product questions, or anything else you may need.
